Your data is truly your data. We would only use the data/information that you generate while interacting with our app to contextualize and personalize services for you so that next time you could find the information, product and services more quickly. The following is the exhaustive list of use cases we currently have, please note that the following list would keep updating with time as we build more and more features for you. But the spirit remains the same, you are in control.

Usage of user data inside app

• We pass on your delivery address, name and contact number to logistic provider or sellers to fulfill your orders. You could always see the name of those partners on relevant pages.
• We collect your location for showing providers nearby you.
• We use your UI preferences and your interaction style to personalize app interface and information to you.

Data deletion

• You could request to delete all your data anytime. But please be aware if you do that, you will not be able to retrieve it if you need it in any case, also the information and interface that you see will not be personalized post-deletion of your data. The only following information is kept post your data-deletion:
  • Your phone number and name: we use this data to reach out to you within a month of data deletion to understand as to why you deleted the data and is there anyway we could improve our services so that we could win your trust and good will again so that we could be together again.
• You could send us an email at support@onlyusable.com to delete your account. Post receiving your request for deleting your account, it may take us upto 3 business day to completely delete your data and account from our system.

Prices, charges and other monetary considerations

All of us know that there is no free lunch. The current industry trend is to fool users with apparent discounts/offers but use misinformation and lack of information to charge them higher amount of money hiding or misrepresenting platform fees. But such practices are against principles of usability and therefore we stand against them. All our prices are nominal and transparent on your bills.
